Summer is here. I am summer. Summer is me. Here are some things I’ve found great comfort in while I’m away from home…

• Wellness Formula - I usually take 2/day to avoid getting sick, but I’ll up it to 4/day if I feel a cold coming on. Make sure to get the capsules cause the tablets are truly punishing.

• Augustinus Bader, The Rich Cream (travel size) - it’s 0.5 fl oz, cute and luxe. I find this moisturizer really versatile for all climates.

• Hylunia Neroli Mist - transfer to a travel size spray bottle and it will be your best friend on the plane and the beach.

• Avène Fluid Sunscreen, SPF 50 - All day island sun and my shoulders never burned! The consistency is loose/milky and it leaves a real sexy sheen on the skin. It’s also buildable without flaking which I find rare. My thing* is to buy it at the pharmacy once you land so you don’t risk sunscreen exploding in the Rimi

• Montbell sandal - it’s chic, affordable and so comfortable. My friend, Nargis, gifted me a pair a few years ago and I still have not found a better sandal to replace it.
